N.Y：ブルックリン在住38歳のフォトグラファーZach Gold。
素晴らしいコマーシャルワークを制作する傍ら、フォトグラフィにイラストレーションをミクスチャーさせたアートワークも制作している。
また、現在、45人のフォトグラファー・アーティストと共にファッション/アートプロジェクト"Playground"を展開中。
Hitspaper：あなたについて教えて下さい。
Zach：私はあなたに多くのことを伝えることができます。
まずブルックリンに住んでいること。友達を愛していること。それからもしフォトグラファーになっていなかったら僧侶になっていたでしょうね。
Hitspaper：Could you tell us about you?
Zach：I could tell you many things.
I live in brooklyn, I love my friends, if I was going to be something other than a photographer I would be a monk.

Zach：いつもこの手に質問の答えは難しいですね。
私は美を追求することに取り憑かれていて、その表現を伝統的なリアリティから切り離し新しい形を模索しています。
それから私は人々にインパクトを残すことに関心があり常に美に対するポテンシャルと爆発力を求めます。
Hitspaper：Whats are you trying to express through your work?
Zach：That is always a hard question.
I am obsessed with beauty.
And that act of creation that stands separate from traditional reality.
Creating realities, and new ways of seeing the figure.
I am interested in impact, potential impact and explosion.

Zach：私はある種の先天的能力は殆ど意味がなく、自分自身で選択をしそれを価値あるものにする努力が大切だと再認識しましたね。
Hitspaper：Whats have you discovered or gained through your experiences?
Zach：I have discovered that there is no inherent meaning in events and that you are able to create your reality by choosing what you make things mean

Zach：写真を撮ること、無心で働くこと、世界に関心を抱くこと、そして愛を育むこと。
Hitspaper：What do you think is the most important elements for Photographer?
Zach：Take pictures, be working, be interested in the world, be in love

Zach：フォトグラフィのこの頃の主流を言及するのは難しいですね。
同時に複数に傾向があるからですが、、、ただ一つ言えることはプロでない一般人も写真を撮っていることでしょうか。
Hitspaper：How do you think of current trends in mainstream photography?
Zach：Hard to say what mainstream photography is these days.
There are many streams that exist simultaneously - I think that everyone is taking pictures is one trend

Zach：私が広告とファッションの仕事に携わり始めた時から非常に保守的になって来たと思いますね。
Hitspaper：As a recent trend,what kinds of things do you see people demanding from Photographer?
Zach：One trend I am noticing that advertising and fashion had become much more conservative since I started working.

Zach：Francis bacon

Zach：ちょうど今Julie Ragoliaと一緒にファッションとアートへのユニークなアプローチをテーマとしたプロジェクトPlaygroundを始めています。
参加アーティストはterrence koh、surface to air、tierney gearon、yelena yemchuk、martina hoogland ivanow、michaelangelo di battista、、、等その他45人のアーティストが参加しています。
Hitspaper：Could you tell us any plans of Your Future?
Zach： Together with Julie Ragolia I have just started Playground www.theplaygroundisfun.com which is a unique approach to fashion publishing and art collecting.
It includes the work of 45 artisits including terrence koh, surface to air, tierney gearon, yelena yemchuk,martina hoogland ivanow and michaelangelo di battista and many others
